In the modern age, we are witnessing the rapid evolving education sector, and technology has played a surplus in giving the momentum required to educate the masses. The fact that any student can get education from any corner of the world is something that is going to reshape the Utopian future that we are very much eager to see.

One can easily get access to any research paper, book, video lectures not to forget the Artificial Intelligence which helped us to not face any trouble or scenario that can hamper our smooth and crisp learning at the comfort of our homes and saving lives as well but reduced social activity.

Speaking of the current scenario, we have seen numerous online education colloquially known as ed-tech companies on the horizon of market prevalence. Upgrad being the latest inclusion to the unicorn club this week itself along with other major players like Byjus and Unacademy. While all this online sector of education is something India is on its way to achieve but things are brighter than they seem as the Prime Minisiter of India has assured that by the end of 2025, almost all the villages of our country will be having fiber internet connection. Though there are major gaps to fill in the zones that are still lacking in education but the Gen-Zee of India is buckled up and fully equipped to make some revolutionary changes in forthcoming times.

There is a famous quote stating that “technology cannot replace teachers but technology in the hands of teachers can be transformational”. Perhaps, hopping to the conclusion from my side, I have a strong feeling that the boom in start-ups, artificial intelligence and integration of technology with academics can take our country to new heights.
