The reason that it is called Cloud is due to the fact that a set of computers are processing the request made by the user over Internet that also goes by the name of Grid Computing while Utility Computing is the mechanism of giving access to hardware and software resources to the end user.

However, there were questions looming over the privacy and security of data as nobody knows if the data is stolen in future due to theft or even a technical failure can lead to loss of important files which are no longer relevant as the data centers are fully secretive and still research is being done on this very technology as we have a lot to embrace.
